At Unify Foundation, we provide a comprehensive suite of services aimed at supporting parents in balancing their professional and family lives.
Our Close Contact Childcare services allow parents to stay connected with their children while focusing on work, creating a nurturing environment built on trust and support.
Additionally, our innovative co-working space is designed with flexibility in mind, offering amenities that foster productivity without sacrificing family time. Parents can seamlessly check in on their children throughout the day, ensuring peace of mind.
Furthermore, we host workshops and events that empower parents to explore various industries and self employment avenues that align with family commitments. These sessions equip attendees with essential knowledge and skills to navigate emerging job markets and entrepreneurial ventures, providing valuable networking opportunities.
By promoting flexible career paths, we enable parents to make informed decisions that enhance both their professional journeys and family unity. Through these services, Unify Foundation is committed to demonstrating that work and family life can coexist harmoniously.
Why do we do this?
We believe that every parent has the choice to live life on their terms.
Our services support parents who want to work remotely or flexibly; are interested in becoming self-employed; would like to see if freelancing would work for them and further more those who choose to practice extended breastfeeding or would like to explore home educating.
These are just a few situations that the services we offer at Unify Foundation will support.
As we grow we will look to include fitness services and gym equipment in our permanent settings.
The health and well being of parents is both mental and physical - imagine if you had a one stop shop where you could work and then exercise, knowing that your kids were close and would be able to come to you if they got distressed...perhaps it would even allow you to have lunch together as a family, too...
Both mothers have a deep understanding of attachment theory, gentle parenting and care passionately about nurturing the next generation; all of which is brought into the day to day of Unify and all the services it provides.
Tamsin has extensive experience in event coordination, which enhances her ability to conduct impactful workshops and networking events, providing parents with opportunities to gain industry insights and develop essential skills.
